What is Outlook Anywhere?

Outlook Anywhere allows you to access Exchange via RPC over HTTPS - this enables you to traverse through firewalls easily without having to open up RPC ports. By default RPC over HTTPS is enabled in Exchange 2013 due to the fact plain RPC is no longer supported (Hence the removal of the Client Access RPC Server).
