127.0.53.53 DNS Name Collision
This occurs due to the fact that there is a name collision - for example if you decided a long time ago to name your domain something like "my-domain.int" and with the new introduction of the ICANN reserved TLD .int (meant for international companies) you would get a reply from 127.0.53.53 as the name is reolving internally and externally!
ICANN have been known to assign this IP address to TLD's that are in the process of becoming available publically - to ensure that / give some time to people that already use an internal domain-name of the same TLD so that they can change it in time (hopefully).
