Manually update all of a domain controllers partitions in Server 2008 / 2012 R2

Manually invoking the following command on a specific DC will update all AD partitions (DomainDnsZones, Configuration etc.) - the 'P' switch signifies a push - so this command should be executed on the DC you have made the changes on:

repadmin /syncall /AdeP
